DETECTIVE WALKS THROUGH A CORRIOR OPENS ROOM DOOR CROSSES THE ROOM TOWARDS ACCUSED SUSPECT .DETECTIVE GOES TO SIT DOWN OPPOSITE SUSPECT WHO IS ALREADY SITTING TIED BACK WITH HER HEAD DOWN

DETECTIVE

(Places files down on clear desk and closes her hands together on top of the files)

(Sternly)Hello…Miss (checks file report) Longheart

(Suspect does not look up or pay any attention to detective’s presence)

(Clears throat)My name is detective Avril Hunter; I’m here to get the truth out of you … I know you killed them, all you have to do is admit to your fault  and serve your time in the justice system.

SUSPECT

(Looks up and sinisterly grins ) ok.. I killed them

DETECTIVE

Why?

SUSPECT

Why? (Knocks head back and laughs)well  (contains herself ) they were so dull, boring …needy? What more do you and your…clones… want me to say?

DETECTIVE

(On edge)..They were children..

SUSPECT

So?(leaning in as if the detective was a child ) I have a quick temper and I was merely interested in the way a young undeveloped mind reacts to immense pain

DETECTIVE

(Looks suspect dead in the eyes) you disgust me and the rest of humanity along with it

SUSPECT

(Suspect laughs) HUMANITY?! What humanity do you and your people have, you act as if you’re doing the right thing with your morals, justice systems and code.. When really as soon as you pull out your gun to shoot someone, in the name of justice, you have the same intentions I had... To kill

(Detective stands up , knocks chair back and walks out infuriated/ disgusted)
