2) Did you succeed in meeting or exceeding your target grade for A Level Media in this paper? If not, how many additional marks do you need to achieve your target grade in Paper 2.
I do think I met my target grade but I plan to gain nine more marks In the synoptic question in order to get an A.
3) Write a question-by-question analysis of your performance. For each question, write how many marks you got from the number available and identify any points that you missed by carefully studying the AQA indicative content in the mark scheme:
8/9 - need more on ideologies
16/25 - more question focus and ensure I name each theory used
21/25 - The fact that magazines conform to magazine conventions which can prevent individualism.
12/25- essential synoptic element where I need to draw knowledge from other CSPS
4) Look at question 4 - the synoptic question on TV. Write a full, new essay plan for this question using the indicative content in the mark scheme (focus particularly on distribution) and taking care to include at least one paragraph that addresses the synoptic element. You can use bullet points but make sure you offer enough content to meet the criteria for Level 4 (top level). This will be somewhere between 4-6 well-developed paragraphs planned in some detail.
INTRO: establish chosen focuses CSPS amd begin to talk about minor background details . How they relate to the target national and global audiences through subject matter and distribution .
Para 1:Capital - conventions of TV drama and use real time national events such as financial crisis. Cosmopolitan society of London that helped people relate and enjoy the show more.
Para 2: D83 - use of streaming service and using subtitles as an effective distribution technique aswell as attract global auidiences.
Para3: capital doesn't focus on attrractung with global auidiences as they use London scenarios that are custom to London residents which means global auidiences wouldn't enjoy watching the show as much .
Para 4 : talk about how LIfe hacks distributes and talks about subject matter while remaining a BBC products
para5: talk about which CSPS are the most effective : d83

WWW:this is a very strong paper (A grade) until the final question and I have every confidence that a couple of minor changes will push you higher as your knowledge is excellent
EBI: The key area is the synoptic element of question four.You needed an additional paragraph expanding your answer - e.g. Exploring the impact of the Internet on distribution across all other industries and national/global auidiences.
- Question focus : sharp focus of throughout required for the top level!
